A year of recovery with a focus on equity
We love working with our community partners to help them reach and realize their vision and are thrilled to share this report to celebrate all we’ve accomplished together. From addressing pandemic recovery to creating equity in Colorado’s tech talent pipeline, our people and partners worked together to help develop and activate innovative solutions in 2021.

- Slalom supported 33 programs, projects, and events directly impacting 176,258 individuals with 28 partners
- 2,704 volunteer hours served by Slalom employees across all programs
- Employees volunteered 654 times
- Employees raised $22,000
- 496 student lives impacted
- 56,000 meals provided
- 750 trees planted
OUR IMPACT
Making positive community impact has been part of Slalom’s core values from the beginning. It’s the investment of our time, our work, our dollars, and our connections to make the lives of people that live here better. That includes hands on volunteering, skills-based volunteering, pro bono efforts, impactful client work, monetary donations and sponsorships, and environmental sustainability efforts.
