Pam Baker – Co-Founder of Women’s Coaching Alliance


Pam Baker is the founder of the Women’s Coaching Alliance whose mission is to develop female leaders through coaching youth sports. The Women’s Coaching Alliance was created in honor of Pam’s late husband Doug, a dedicated dad and coach committed to giving every kid the opportunity to learn invaluable life lessons through sport and an advocate of getting more women involved in coaching youth sports.

 

Prior to starting the Women’s Coaching Alliance, Pam spent more than 20 years in leadership at healthcare companies big and small and across biotech, pharmaceuticals, digital health, diagnostics and consulting. Originally from New Jersey, Pam received her BA in Political Science and Asian Studies from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in International Management from Thunderbird. Pam is the mom of teenage twin daughters and a strong advocate for women’s leadership. She serves on the board of the International Women’s Forum and the Field Middle School.

 


Lynne Zaledonis – EVP Customer Success & Partner Marketing, Salesforce 


Lynne Zaledonis is the Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Partner Marketing at Salesforce. An experienced cloud leader and marketer, she brings more than 20 years of expertise in CRM solutions and sales, with a diverse background spanning solution and product marketing, sales leadership, campaign management, PR, analyst relations, and sales enablement.

Motivated by innovation and customer success, Lynne is highly focused on delivering compelling value propositions, world-class products, and rich customer experiences — with the ultimate measures being customer delight and strong revenue growth. A passionate advocate for women in leadership and technology, she is also recognized as a key presenter of CRM product solutions and a trusted partner to executives worldwide.

 


Ohemaa Nyanin – General Manager, Golden State Valkyries


Ohemaa Nyanin is the General Manager of the Golden State Valkyries, bringing more than a decade of experience in professional sports to the WNBA’s newest franchise. In their inaugural 2025 season, the Valkyries set a league record for regular season wins by an expansion team, reached the playoffs, and saw multiple players and coaches earn top league honors under her leadership.

 

Before joining the Valkyries, Ohemaa spent five years with the New York Liberty, most recently as assistant general manager, and previously held positions at USA Basketball and with FIBA in various international roles. A former collegiate player at American University, she holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the school. Born in Maryland to Ghanaian parents, Ohemaa grew up living in five countries around the world, an experience that shaped her global perspective and approach to leadership.

 

Sukriti Nayar – Global Partnerships, Google


Sukriti Nayar is passionate about building community and driving meaningful transformation at the intersection of business, technology, and people. At Google, she brings a global perspective and a collaborative approach to guiding complex partnerships and strategic initiatives. Her experience spans strategy and M&A consulting, product growth, deal negotiation, and digital transformation.
Known for her ability to connect diverse viewpoints and turn ideas into action, Sukriti brings creativity, empathy, and inclusivity to everything she does, both in her work and through her ongoing commitment to community and nonprofit initiatives.
