Traci Terterian
Customer Experience — CX Business Innovation, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Traci is a CX innovation and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience working at the intersection of Customer Experience and emerging technology. She partners with technologists and businesses across the entire value chain to build and scale customer experience innovation initiatives that drive brand affinity, grow revenue, and create high-performing, customer-centric organizations.
Traci believes that innovation begins by understanding your customers so well that you can innovate on their behalf. She began her career as a marketer in a high-tech start-up, where it was her role to meet customers and tell their story of how technology changed their world. From this, Traci became obsessed with emerging technology and Customer Experience across the value chain, including customer-centric selling, engagement, product design, customer service, and brand advocacy. The insights she uncovered from talking to customers enabled her to become an advocate -- initiating a co-creation and CX innovation process across multiple teams, which achieve measurable results across the sales, marketing, product and customer service organization.
