May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re bringing our clients and community together for an open and engaging event on mental health and how it shows up in high‑performance, high‑stress careers. Special guest panelists include San Diego Wave FC Captain, Kennedy Wesley and Anne Marbarger, former professional soccer player and Executive Director of Here Forward, each sharing personal perspectives shaped by their experiences in sports, leadership, and mental health advocacy.

Together, we’ll explore how mental health can show up under pressure, how it evolves across different stages of life and career, and what helps us all navigate it day‑to‑day. From leaning on trusted relationships to finding strength in community, the conversation centers on awareness and connection: Even small connections can make big waves of impact on our mental health.
