Franck is the Senior Cloud Solution Architect on Data Platform at Microsoft Canada with a special focus on Data Analysis and Data Governance. As a Microsoft veteran who joined the company in 1999, he acts in several roles ranging from Support Engineer, Technical Evangelist, and Cloud Solution Architect to accelerate customer success with their digital transformation journey. Franck has been working on Power BI and Microsoft Purview Data Catalog since the early beginning and has a strong knowledge with these solutions.

Kevin is a Cloud Solution Architect Manager at Microsoft Canada where he is responsible for a team of Data and Advanced Analytics Cloud Solution Architects. His teams’ mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more by helping them modernize their data estate. Before joining Microsoft, Kevin held positions at Gartner, where he was an Associate Director within their Data and Analytics practice focusing on the Federal Government, as well as IBM Canada where he held various data leadership roles.
Mandeep Flora | Director of Data Strategy and Platforms | Ministry of Children, Community and Social Service
Mandeep is the Director of Data Strategy & Platforms, in MCCSS' Business Intelligence & Practice Division. Since 2015, he has led work across the Ontario government as the academic and research community to rethink and better deliver user-centric, data and analytics services. Over the last few years, his team has successfully deployed various, new self-service, digital business intelligence tools to better measure and understand human and social services and supports. He has worked with the OPS for 15 years, leading multi-disciplinary teams in strategic policy design, planning and implementation, additionally he has led privacy legislation modernization efforts in Ontario for cross-government data access & integration.
