Chloe Reynolds | Principal
Chloe Reynolds is a principal at Slalom, helping technology clients in Silicon Valley to make better business decisions with data. Prior to Slalom, she managed data architecture for UCLA’s central analytics office. She has two decades of experience in data roles, peer-reviewed publications on analytics, and a master’s degree in Information Management & Systems from UC Berkeley. With a passion for increasing diversity in technology, she has organized Women in Tech conferences and programs for the last 7 years.

Leah Cole | Director
Leah Cole discovered her love of data through systems integration, starting her career mapping data attributes and capturing transformation requirements. She is now a leader of Slalom's global systems integration team and is passionate about creating a hyperconnected future for her clients. Leah has helped clients build integration programs from the ground up and automated key business processes that enable sales, manufacturing, and employee experience across industries including fintech, healthcare and life sciences, philanthropy, and public sector.

Natalia Bailey | Consultant
Natalia Bailey hails from Houston, Texas and has spent the last nine years in service to our country in the United States Army. Natalia started her journey at Slalom as a Hiring Our Heroes fellow, before joining the San Diego data & analytics practice. She brings a unique set of skills in cross-cultural fluency, strategic level communications, data governance, and project management to the table. Indelibly curious, Natalia believes in the power of data and difference to propel creativity and solve the most complex problems. She enjoys finding common ground in all spaces, especially over a good meal or a hot cup of tea. She is wife to Tori, and mom to Ava and the lightning fast pup, Miracle.

Nika Mramor | Senior Consultant
Nika Mramor leads the machine learning engineering capability pillar in the Slalom St. Louis market. Before her transition into tech, she pursued an artistic and academic career, earning degrees in art history, fine arts, Slavic studies, and music performance. Nika considers education to be a vital part of her practice in tech, and has taught data science at Washington University's data and analytics bootcamp, as well as data analysis for a St. Louis non-profit, Launchcode Women +. She resides in St. Louis and enjoys gardening, painting, and writing.

Rachel Lieberman | Director
Rachel Lieberman leads the data and technology capabilities for Slalom Atlanta. After starting her career as a small business owner, she entered the technology space through delivery in visual analytics. From there, she grew to supporting more holistic solutions, keeping a focus on end users as Slalom enables business transformation through data and technology.

Shailja Seth | Senior Principal
Shailja Seth has delivered innovative data and analytics solutions, crafted strategic roadmaps, and led complex transformations for multiple clients. At Slalom Westchester/Southern Connecticut, Shailja leads the artificial intelligence and machine learning capability, and manages a team of data scientists to develop AI/ML solutions to ML-Ops pipelines. Prior to joining Slalom, Shailja worked at management consulting firms, specifically Mckinsey and Diamond (now PwC) and tech consulting firms such as IBM and Infosys. This balance with a business consulting background helps her bring in a unique perspective to problem solving and work seamlessly with data, technology, and business teams and be a trusted client advisor. She is a life-long learner who enjoys creating positive impact by designing and implementing data and technology solutions to solve strategic business and social problems.

Sue Gallas | Consultant
Sue Gallas found her passion for data as a database administrator wanting to understand the data in the database. She has designed databases for telecom, the IRS, the DOJ, as well as various tech industries. Sue designed her first end-to-end data warehouse in the late 90s, which led her to focus on balancing the needs of business users with the design of the source system data. She took a gap to raise her five kids and is excited to be back sharpening her data modeling skills.

Fanny Bergdahl | Senior Manager
Fanny Bergdahl is a talent acquisition senior manager based out of Los Angeles. With over 10 years of recruiting experience, many of which in technology and analytics, she joined our LA team to lead recruiting for the TE and D&A practices. Fanny’s primary focus is building cloud talent communities for Slalom’s west coast local markets and enabling recruiting teams to attract and retain top cloud talent. Her passion for data, and how we use it, to drive recruiting strategies is what led to her involvement with Women in Data. Fanny is also a mom of two fun children (4 and 2) and loves spending time outdoors traveling around CA with her family.
