Amy Loftus | Chief Customer Officer and President, Slalom US East Region

 

Amy has over 30 years of experience working in the consulting and healthcare sectors in a variety of national and global leadership roles. Her work focuses on M&A, capability building, large-scale transformation, product launch, and customer experience initiatives. She started her career at Accenture, finding an early focus in Life Sciences. She was the first female equity partner in Philadelphia and led significant work in post-merger integration, global product launches, and large-scale customer experience initiatives. 

 

Amy joined Slalom in 2016 to launch the Philadelphia office as General Manager and became President, US East Region in 2022. Recently named Slalom’s first Chief Customer Officer, her focus will be on shaping how Slalom brings the best of our capabilities together in new ways to create an even bigger impact for our clients and their customers.

Paul Boehm has dedicated the past five and a half years to Southwest Airlines, where he has played a pivotal role in defining, developing, and driving innovative technology solutions. These efforts have enabled Southwest to fulfill its mission of connecting people to what’s important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel. As the Manager of Data Science and AI Delivery, Paul is at the forefront of implementing generative AI solutions to enhance the ways Southwest employees work. Before joining Southwest, Paul served as a data solutions architect at Fluor Corporation. Paul holds a degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.
