Getting There Together

Navigating Social Discord: How corporations are maintaining commitment to DEI/ESG amidst tumultuous political climates

Join Slalom and the Society for Multicultural Professionals in Human Resources for an insightful discussion on maintaining commitment to DEI and ESG.

Amid the current political climate and increasing social discord, corporations and universities are facing the challenge of maintaining their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Our November Getter There Together discussion aims to explore how businesses are navigating these complexities and upholding their values in the face of societal and political turbulence. The discussion will delve into the strategies and approaches that corporations and universities are employing to ensure that their DEI/ESG initiatives remain steadfast and impactful, while also addressing the potential obstacles and dilemmas they encounter along the way.

We hope you will join us in the journey to lead without bias and with inclusion.
