Miriam McLemore, Director, Enterprise Strategy - AWS:

In technology leadership positions throughout her 25-year career with The Coca-Cola Company, and now at Amazon's Web Services Division (AWS), Miriam has consistently driven high impact global enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation and data analytics to understand and engage the consumer, provide competitive advantage, and improve internal system efficiencies. In diverse roles at Coca-Cola, she led top-tier strategy and development teams across 30 major global markets; identified and built mutually productive technology partnerships with external companies including Adobe, AWS, Facebook, Google, Box and VCs; delivered platforms from incubator and VC backed startups to large global business solutions; and led portfolio reviews, M&A due diligence/integration, and significant investment decisions.

In her current position, Miriam is an Enterprise Strategist and Evangelist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), a $12 billion division of Amazon.com, Inc. Here, she has been given the mission to make the case to senior leadership teams, board members and regulators that transitioning to the cloud – specifically, AWS – is a sound, secure, fiduciary-based strategy to positively transform their business with high shareholder ROI.

Before joining Amazon, Miriam was the Chief Information Officer, Corporate Functions and Consumer Technologies in the Global Information Technology Division of The Coca-Cola Company. In this role with a 500+ team and $120M+ budget she provided global leadership across the enterprise on all technology matters in support of: global marketing; consumer/commercial leadership; product R&D; human resources; legal; sustainability; public affairs; and strategic security. Specific accomplishments include creating solution and information management strategy, defining global marketing technology ecosystem, simplifying and cloud enabling the consumer facing and legacy application portfolio, and shaping new companies/products through the startup and venture capital community.

Previously, as Coca-Cola's Chief Information Officer, Global Market Facing Functions, she partnered with business teams to deliver next generation consumer/customer platforms to improve in-market performance, defined the Company’s social enterprise strategy, and partnered with Apple and Global Marketing leadership to enable the first mobile and multi-device technology strategy. She joined the Global Information Technology Group as Group Information Technology Director in 2002, and built the first consumer-facing IT team to partner with Interactive Marketing to manage the consumer landscape, including websites and global loyalty platforms. Earlier diverse roles included Global Business Intelligence Director including North America Sales, directing and integrating global and North American customer hierarchies across 80 US bottler ownerships and 200+ global bottlers critical for global consolidation; Global Marketing Director - Business Intelligence Leader, defining strategy and architecture for Global Business Intelligence including sales, market share, consumer insights, and macro-economic data; and Senior Financial Analyst in the Global Finance Division. She began her career with Arthur Andersen & Company.

Mary Kotch, Global Head of Business Solutions for Munich Re:

Named as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful U.S. Women in Technology by the United States National Diversity Council (2019), Mary Kotch currently serves as the Global Head of Business Solutions for Munich Re. Her responsibilities include oversight of various CIOs, 1400 people and a $200M budget to deliver effective and transformative solutions to business partners. Her prior role was Executive Vice President, Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Validus Holdings, a Global Insurer/Reinsurer.

Mary leverages a diverse background in Technology, Application Development, Product Development and Law to help drive the creation of new Business Lines/Product Sets to strengthen strategic market positioning. She has over 10 years of managing reinsurance data science/research and portfolio platforms and over 15 years in Insurance driving transformational programs and over 15 years in managing complex Global IT Shared Service Centers for PMO, Development, QA and IT Operations.

Mary Kotch was also a member of AIG’s executive leadership team and served in various leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer for Americas and Chief Information Officer for the Latin America and the Caribbean. Mrs. Kotch was also awarded the 2014 AIG CAO and IAD Diversity & Inclusion Award for her work championing women in technology and 2017 IICF Inclusion nominee and Speaker. Mary has been featured in Waters Technology, Executive Profile Magazine, and was selected as a 30 Most Influential Women in Business. She is a frequent keynote speaker. She is passionate about building up IT talent, working with universities to enhance their curriculum for technology students.

Nutan Keen, Client Service Partner, Slalom

Nutan Keen is currently a Client Service Partner for Slalom, where she manages both delivery and business development for all Media and Entertainment customers for Slalom in the NY Market.  She is a results-oriented consulting executive with deep experience implementing global large-scale systems and business transformation programs. Nutan is an expert in business strategy, change leadership, data analytics and solution delivery. She is a trusted advisor to executives and has built a track record of building high performing teams that deliver value and drive to desired business outcomes. Her expertise includes: creating best in class customer experiences through enhanced technology and digital capabilities, using information analytics to help clients become data driven companies, and helping clients in defining and reaching their future state. She is passionate about people development, both for her clients and her teams.  Prior to Slalom, Nutan was previously with Accenture, leading and implementing large scale global finance transformations.
