Lucy Hur 

Chief People Officer

As Slalom’s Chief People Officer, Lucy is responsible for leading Slalom’s people strategy to nurture a culture where our people love their work and life and scale the operating foundation to support Slalom’s growth aspirations.

She is an HR leader with 27 years of experience in global business, consulting, and HR leadership at several fast-paced and high-growth technology organizations. Lucy joins Slalom from Microsoft, having spent the better part of the last 13 years at Microsoft leading Human Resources for various global businesses.

Work is a big part of her identity, but family is what’s most important to Lucy, like making time for her two kids’ soccer games and big life moments!

Sangeeta Prasad 

Chief Marketing Officer 

Sangeeta Prasad joined Slalom in June 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer. She brings nearly three decades of experience and thrives in finding marketing solutions to help organizations accelerate their growth. During her tenure at American Express and Chase, she introduced their most valued and sought-after products, the iconic Centurion (Black) AMEX card and the Chase Sapphire card.

As CMO, Sangeeta collaborates with Slalom teams, clients, and partners to envision and drive a global marketing strategy that takes the Slalom brand to the next level and creates impactful customer experiences.

A mother, wife, novice gardener and tennis enthusiast, she is also a lifelong learner who travels and reads to expand her mind and satisfy her curiosity.  

Sarah Moesker 

General Manager

Sarah is a coach and mentor to the fastest growing Slalom office in the Valley of the Sun. She is inspired by the changing landscape of Phoenix. Sarah is passionate about a future in which Phoenix is leading the way in green energy production, smart cities, affordable and accessible healthcare, and smart materials. As a leader, Sarah walks the talk, fosters collaboration, encourages coloring outside the lines, and achieves results. 

Her secret superpowers are building world class teams and telling stories. Sarah is an endurance sport fanatic, reader, foodie, traveler, wine drinker (not connoisseur), and proud and exhausted mother of two sons. 

Dora Garnett 

Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Dora is an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant in the Slalom Phoenix office with more than 20 years of learning and development experience, including systems integration, and change management advisor for large and small business transformation projects in the utilities, retail, electronics, and waste management industries. 

In 2018, Dora helped launch and currently co-leads Slalom’s Unidos Affinity group for our Latinx/Hispanic community. In 2019, she collaborated with others to develop the Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.

As a wife and mom, she loves spending time with her family. 

Yolanda Scott 

Client Service Partner 

Yolanda is a Client Service Partner in the Slalom Washington D.C. office who leads with passion and purpose across both commercial and non-profit clients. Prior to Slalom, she led Booz Allen Hamilton's financial regulator business, providing consulting services around organizational strategy and transformation, digital solutions, predictive intelligence, and analytics. She has a passion for client services and is a seasoned relationship builder and connector. 

She is a wife and mother of a very active 14-year old daughter. You can find her volunteering with organizations that feed her soul, supporting her daughter's sports games, working out, and relaxing with family and friends. Yolanda loves to travel and fervently believes in and practices the Dalai Lama's quote to, "Once a Year, Go Someplace You've Never Gone Before." She is committed to her community and to a better society where all people are not just surviving, but truly thriving.
