We will dive into the merging of CRM systems, data and the enablement of a joint selling motion early in the integration.
Libby Canup (Group Product Lead, CRM Solutions) from Square is going to talk about her lessons learned and approach to the merging of the Afterpay CRM systems and data. Afterpay Limited was acquired in 2022 by Square for $27.8B.
We will also explore a new tool from Salesforce called Genie. Genie is a Customer Data Platform that enables collaboration between the acquiring and acquired company early in the integration without merging the systems of record.
