Meet your panelists

Karilyn Anderson
Karilyn Anderson is a digital marketing executive with more than a decade of experience in the retail digital marketing trenches. Her resume includes a stint as Vice President, Digital at Bliss, a spa skincare brand where she was accountable for digital marketing strategy, helping propel the brand on its journey to disrupt the mass skincare aisle. Prior to joining Bliss, she led global digital marketing at NYX Professional Makeup, a division of L’Oréal, with responsibilities encompassing ecommerce, CRM, loyalty and digital innovation.
 
She also headed up CRM & Loyalty at Kiehl’s, where she designed and launched the brand’s popular loyalty program, Kiehl’s Rewards. Karilyn is passionate about cultivating brands and creating community, identifying and developing areas for accelerated growth, and unlocking innovation grounded in consumer insights. A native of Connecticut, she earned a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Katie Dunlap, Slalom
Katie is a Digital Transformation Executive and Thought Leader running the Global Salesforce Commerce & Marketing Consulting Practice at Slalom. 

Katie has over 20 years of experience leading consulting business units, build operations, infrastructures and processes necessary to achieve maximum productivity, margins, and profitability. She has built solid client relationships in the industry and is a trusted business advisor and partner to stakeholders and executive teams, never losing sight of client goals.

Rio Longacre, Slalom
Rio Longacre has over two decades of experience in the digital space and is an expert in customer experience management, digital business transformation and marketing/advertising technology. Rio leads Slalom’s Customer Strategy and Marketing Technology capability, working with your marketing organization to design and create complete, customer-centric strategies and solutions that draw from other Slalom service areas including CRM, information management and analytics, and user experience.

Shivani Majewski, Slalom
Shivani brings over 20 years of Technology Consulting & Sales experience across global Retail, CPG and Automotive industries. She is extremely passionate about Agile and a certified Scrum enthusiast who has executed and trained delivery teams across companies around agile best practices since 2009.
 
Since 2014, she has been a leader in the Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud space with the Demandware, Hybris & the Magento platforms. More recently she has helped enable and implement B2B commerce using Cloudcraze for large global enterprise clients.

Andrew Witherspoon, Salesforce
Andrew is EVP of Industries for CloudCraze Commerce at Salesforce. In his role he is responsible for planning and executing all aspects of the CloudCraze vertical go to market strategy with a cross-functional team covering sales, alliances, marketing, product, support, and delivery for the first enterprise cross channel commerce product delivered natively on Salesforce's Force.com platform, as an extension of their its CRM capabilities.
