Robert McLellan, Chief Technology Officer, Statistics Canada

Robert McLellan is the Chief Technology Officer at Statistics Canada, where he has led the Agency's "Data Analytics as a Service" platform transformation, a multi-year major project to replace and digitally transform our analytics and data core and external research services, leveraging cloud analytics and data services as well as open-source platforms. He has been active in many international data and information standards and architecture initiatives and is currently the chair of the Technical Delivery Board for the UN Global Platform. 

 

Pauline Martin, Industry Manager, Government and Healthcare, Microsoft Canada

Pauline Martin is an Industry Executive who bridges the gap between government transformation opportunities and the emerging technology solution ecosystem to deliver results.  With over 25 years of experience in marketing, account management, business development and sales leadership at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Microsoft Canada, she has focused on building a deep understanding of her customers’ industry-specific reality, whether it be Communications and Media, Healthcare, Public Sector or most recently Autonomous Vehicles. A graduate of the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Pauline is happiest when working with an extended team including her own organization, ecosystem partners and customers themselves to deliver solutions that truly improve the lives of public servants and Canadian citizens.

 

Michelle Manocchio, Strategy & Operations, Slalom

Michelle leads Modern Culture of Data for Slalom Canada. She is a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience guiding clients through complex change and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to realize value. She has a passion for and experience driving change in the public sector both as a consultant and employee, working across levels of government with organizations such as City of Toronto, St Michael's Hospital, Ontario Science Centre, and Bank of Canada. Michelle is known for problem solving, storytelling, and customer love.

 

Queenie So, Data & Analytics, Slalom

Queenie brings over 9 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics consulting. Much of Queenie’s work involves delivering solutions for data strategy, data governance, and enterprise BI across all levels of organization. She is passionate about storytelling with data and has worked in various sectors including automotive, financial services, energy, and non-profit. Queenie is also the Women in Tech lead for Slalom Canada.

Sangita Patel, Organizational Effectiveness, Slalom

Sangita has over 15 years’ experience in Strategy, Business Transformation and Organizational Change spanning private, public, and non-profit sectors. Her passion lies at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and social change. Sangita has experience driving public sector transformation both as a consultant and employee, working with various federal, provincial and municipal organizations such as the City of Toronto, Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, and Cancer Care Ontario, to name a few. Sangita is passionate about advancing progress on human rights, equity and belonging, and Indigenous truth and reconciliation. 

 

David Iudiciani, Microsoft Alliance Manager, Slalom

David has over 6 years of experience in the technology sector across a variety of consulting, partner, and product marketing roles. At Slalom, he is responsible for the overall growth, strategy, enablement, and go-to-market of the Microsoft partnership across Canada. Prior to joining Slalom, David spent time at both Microsoft and a Toronto-based non-profit where he worked alongside several public sector agencies on digital transformation initiatives.
