Chad Warmington | President and CEO, OKC State Chamber
Chad Warmington has a rich history with The State Chamber of Oklahoma. He served as the Chamber’s COO from 2010 to 2013 and returned to serve as president and CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, the Chamber spearheads pro-business advocacy and political affairs on behalf of Oklahoma’s business community. Since taking the helm, Warmington has guided the organization through extensive modernization, refocusing Chamber efforts toward big picture goals. The Chamber has since achieved huge wins in tax reform, economic development and workforce transformation. Chad knows that Oklahoma businesses must succeed for our state to grow and thrive.
Chad has over 20 years of experience in Oklahoma politics. He previously served as the president of the Oklahoma Oil & Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma. He also served as chief of staff to three speakers of the Oklahoma House, on U.S. Sen. Don Nickles’ staff, and as campaign manager for multiple statewide campaigns.

Tracy Derr | Sales Leader, Slalom
As a Managing Director of Sales at Slalom, Tracy helps clients tackle their most ambitious projects and build new capabilities. Leading sales, marketing, and alliances, he's created a strategic go-to-market approach that drives success at Slalom. With over 28 years of experience in business and technology consulting services, Tracy has a proven track record of generating sales, and revenue, as well as building profitable businesses on a foundation of solid relationships.

Chris Shilling | Undersecretary of Technology & Innovation, Chickasaw Nation
Chris Shilling, an Oklahoma native, serves as the Undersecretary of Technology and Innovation for the Chickasaw Nation. In this role, he oversees technology and innovation initiatives across various sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and government services. Previously, Shilling held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City.

Shannon Sims | Organizational Change Leader, Slalom
With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, Shannon has consistently championed the belief that the heart of any thriving business lies in how it cares for its people. As an Organizational Transformation Leader at Slalom for the past 6 years, she specializes in talent and organizational strategy, driving impactful change across various industries.
Passionate about people-centered solutions, Shannon is dedicated to empowering organizations to achieve sustainable growth through innovation, operational efficiency, and meaningful relationships.

KC Hall | Talent Strategist and Executive Coach, Slalom
KC is a Talent Strategist and Executive Coach with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She has a passion for building high-functioning teams through strategies anchored in a people-first mindset. She brings 20 years of experience in the professional services industries, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer packaged goods.
Her core areas of focus include leadership development, learning strategy, human capital management consulting, and strategic performance management.
