Eli Van Eenwyk
Eli has been at Cargill crafting their SharePoint experiences for over a year and a half now and has become a staple to Cargill and the go-to resource for anything SharePoint. He is now building and shaping the new Cargill Connects experience which will completely change how employees at Cargill interact with each other and their company. The trust that Eli built through his solid work and talent has helped shape the work that Slalom is doing at Cargill and the expertise that people expect when they hear our name.
Mollie Pierce
Mollie joined the Boston Scientific project on a role that quickly opened up after a member of their team resigned. Mollie was brought into that poorly defined role to figure out how to move the team and project forward. She successfully partnered with the client but also the Accenture development team to help lead the solution delivery. Mollie has done everything from configuration, testing, data loads, Salesforce design/strategy, training, change management and overall project leadership. It’s been very impressive that a single person has made such a big impact on the project team and it’s been recognized by the business and IT leadership. As an integral part of the team, Mollie represented the project and Slalom at Boston Scientific’s National Sales Meeting.
Clay Case
Clay joined the RbA project as Program Lead in June. Clay built a strong, collaborative relationship with the key client leader, allowing us to provide more direction and guidance to her and challenging her when needed. This has been a very difficult project, and Clay brought focus on the end game and the need to work towards deployment of the capabilities being built. He also established a culture of open, honest communication including providing tools and processes for raising issues in a protected, risk-free framework. This helped move the team forward both in working as a team and in addressing key and deployment stopping issues. Clay has led the program to the point where the March deployment of RMS is a reality, and Slalom is well positioned for both this initial deployment’s success as well as for future deployments and RbA projects.

Natalie Jorgenson
Natalie’s commitment to the Minneapolis People Council and SES Action plan has been outstanding! On top of exceptional delivery for her client, Natalie has gone above and beyond to organize, drive accountability, and ensure the People Council is positioned to drive change and our SES action plans are meaningful. She leads with a people first mindset and understands what the team values and where we have opportunities to continuing to push the team be better, stronger, smarter.
Chelsea Holmquist
Chelsea serves on the front lines of growing our team. She's tasked with finding strong skill sets that match the needs of our team and more importantly add to the culture of Slalom Minneapolis. Chelsea spends much of her her time doing dirty work, looking through hundreds of candidates to find the best candidates to enrich our culture. In fact many of us have been recruited by Chelsea! She's also actively engaged in the Women's Leadership Network and People Council (You saw the kick off for Wellness Wednesdays). Above all of this, Chelsea is a cornerstone in building our team culture: she's always seeking out conversation with consultants, always has a smile (even when stressed!), and models strong work ethic. In short, Chelsea embodies the culture we seek at Slalom!
Roxy Rabe
Roxy has advanced the expertise and knowledge sharing of Agile Transformation and Execution both within Slalom and within the Minneapolis Community. Roxy led the re-design and re-deployment of Agile COE SharePoint site. This site has been well received and is in the process of working cross-market to populate it with relevant knowledge capital. Additionally, Roxy has been active in the Twin-Cities Agile Meetup, resulting in her being asked to speak at a recent session. Finally, Roxy’s input is sought by multiple offices using the Agile Lego Simulation and proposing on transformations.
People First Award
Collin Cook
Collin has grown a lot over the last year. He started by providing us a strong foundation on which to build our practice. From there, he has grown into a trusted advisor for not only our clients but for all the consultants on his team. In conjunction with this growth, Collin has driven IM&A to be one of the most consistently performing practices within Minneapolis and across Slalom. Thank you for your leadership.
Matt Holcomb
Matt has brought the power of Slalom to life through project support, meaningful feedback, and a positive, curious focus on the future. Throughout December and January, Matt has found time to support content creation, client workshops, and have authentic conversations about growth at Slalom and life for 2017.
