Leading with Authenticity: Strategies for Success with your own Leadership Style

Research has shown authentic leadership serves as the single strongest predictor of an employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and workplace happiness. When employees experience a sense of freedom to be themselves in the workplace, that is, to be genuine and authentic, their overall positive engagement climbs steadily upward.

But what does it mean to be an authentic leader? How can you draw from your experiences, values and strengths to build trust, empower others, and make a lasting impact on your team and organization?

Join us for an engaging panel conversation on “Leading with Authenticity,” where we’ll hear from five talented women leaders on how they became their own version of a leader, how they stayed true to themselves, and how their leadership styles have evolved throughout their careers.
