Summer Moon | Executive Vice President of Global Talent, Shiftkey
With two decades of HR experience, Summer is a transformative leader known for driving impactful results across industries like technology and AEC. She is celebrated for her ability to inspire teams and align organizational processes with strategic goals, both domestically and internationally. Her strong business acumen and analytical skills have been invaluable in providing executive teams with critical insights.
Summer’s expertise in Talent Acquisition, Professional Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management has been instrumental in guiding organizations through complex transitions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her leadership, rooted in empathy and clear vision, has consistently built high-performing teams and left a lasting impact on the companies she’s served.

Michelle Sing | Vice President, Head of Communications & Philanthropy, JCPenney
Michelle leads enterprise-wide communications, overseeing external and internal communications, media relations, employee engagement, executive positioning, external events, and partnerships. Michelle also leads the company’s philanthropic efforts and supports initiatives led by the JCPenney Communities Foundation. Most recently, she served as the Director of External Relations, North America for McKinsey & Company. Michelle is an avid champion of inclusion and diversity. She serves on the executive steering committee for JAAG, JCPenney’s Asian ERG. She is currently a member of the Texas Women’s Foundation’s Orchid Giving Circle and the Dallas Leadership Committee for 50/50 Women on Boards. She has been recognized by PRSA Dallas as a “40 under 40” honoree and as one of PR News' "People to Watch: Rising PR Stars 30 and Under.”
Michelle holds both a bachelor’s and master's degree from Columbia University. She resides in Plano with her husband and two children.

Mini Desai | Vice President and General Manager, Boeing
Mini Desai is currently a Vice President & General Manager at Boeing, leading an aerospace services business with customers and operations globally. She has held multiple CFO roles both within Boeing and with Aurora Flight Sciences -- an innovative, private equity backed company where she oversaw financial planning, program finance, accounting and contracts. Prior to Aurora, she held positions of increasing responsibility at United Technologies developing broad and deep experience in strategy, finance, and M&A.
Mini started her career in the Silicon Valley working for Oracle Corporation and Siebel Systems focused on enterprise software. Her experiences in consulting and customer service gave her the opportunity to roll-out new technologies and ensure customer success.
She holds a B.S. in Math from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, learning and quaint coffee shops.

Nena Calligaro | Cloud & Infrastructure Leader, Merit Energy
Nena Calligaro leads the Cloud and Infrastructure group at Merit Energy Company where she and her team are responsible for Merit’s hardware, networking, data centers, and cloud services at their Dallas based headquarters and across their 20 field offices in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. Additionally, the team is leading Merit’s digital transformation efforts. Nena has been the Cloud and Infrastructure manager for the past 4 years and has been a Merit employee for 16. Prior, she managed the Information Systems group at Merit and successfully implemented numerous oil and gas software and reporting solutions, supporting a user community of 900 employees.
Nena previously worked for Accenture in their Global Business Solutions practice. She is a two-time graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Information Systems for Operations Management and a Master of Business Administration.
