Meet the Panelists:

 

Jane Urban:
Jane Urban is currently the commercial data leader for the US Business Unit at Takeda handling data strategy, governance, acquisition, management and reporting. She has been at Takeda 4.5 years and most recently worked to integrate US Commercial Operations and prior to that built out the commercial data needs for Entyvio, a key brand in the Takeda portfolio. Prior to Takeda, Jane has worked in consulting and healthcare companies in forecasting, marketing, digital marketing, commercial operations and market research.

 

Tracy McDonagh:
Tracy is the AVP Life Data Strategy at Amica Insurance. She is an accomplished leader with a passion for all things data. Tracy has worked in consulting as well as directly for companies over the past 30 years, concentrating in the data space.  She enjoys mentoring and continuing to learn.

 

Garima Sharma:
Garima Sharma is Director, Data Strategy and Architecture at Amrock, leading next generation data architecture efforts and supporting digital transformation. At Amrock, she has served in several roles spanning data and analytic lifecycle including data warehousing, business intelligence and data science. Prior to Amrock, Sharma was Manager, Enterprise Data Intelligence at Domino’s where she led the team delivering data insights to multiple business areas. With more than 14 years of technology experience, Sharma continues to bring her passion for data to each role. Garima lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband and two children. She enjoys painting and mastering yoga in her spare time.

 

Ashley Kramer:
Ashley is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience at organizations such as Sisense, Tableau, Alteryx, Amazon, Oracle and NASA. She has a strong track record of scaling businesses, transforming product and marketing organizations, integrating acquisitions, and effectively delivering product strategy and vision. Ashley's track record includes building Tableau's cloud product (Tableau Online), driving Alteryx's transformation to a data science platform and leading Sisense's highly customizable, AI-driven analytics cloud platform.

 

Hilary Feier:
Hilary Feier is a Managing Director at Slalom leading the Global Data & Analytics Practice. Hilary has spent most of her career in the Data & Analytics space.  Prior to joining Slalom, Hilary worked for Tableau and has enjoyed many adventures over the years including running a niche BI consultancy, facilitating the acquisition of that consulting firm by Hitachi Consulting, and launching Hitachi Consulting’s European BI practice.  Hilary is passionate about helping people improve the future with data. Tiago Dias:
Tiago Dias is Slalom’s Global Lead for Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.  He joined in 2006 to start Slalom in the San Francisco Bay Area excited about the unique opportunity to redefine consulting for Slalom’s clients and people. Tiago is passionate about the vision of creating a better future powered by data.  In addition, he serves in Slalom’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Steering Committee and is also a proud ally and the executive sponsor for Prism, Slalom’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.

 

Michelle Yi (facilitator):
As the founder of Innovation for Good and the Senior Director for Global AI at Slalom, Michelle specializes in machine learning and cloud computing and has 14 years of experience in technology consulting. She is passionate about diversity, STEM education/careers for our minority communities, and is an avid volunteer with Girls Who Code. Her team is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and techniques (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Platforms) to tackle some of the most difficult challenges.
